'Overall, a lovely stay. Clearly, the strength of this hotel is the congeniality and warmth of the staff. While it is clean, there are definitely areas where upkeep could happen. When I checked in, the first room I got in, had been previously used by a smoker. I had to change rooms and given the hotel’s non-smoking policy, it was curious.'

'The hotel is in a great location with a lot of parking. You’re able to park on site at the hotel and use the free Kansas City Streetcars to explore the downtown!'
