'Information via Expedia was not great. If you mention in the booking breakfast with a checkmark behind it I assume it will be included. This is just intentionally unclear. The hotel staff was very nice but the building was quite old and not recently renovated. Breakfast was very busy and only limited options. For the 25 usd, also a cappucino was not included and charged extra. We also paid much more 3 months in advance than the price was a few weeks and days before our trip. Which was not...

'Hotel overall was nice. It was a stay we had to make last minute for a World Cup football game. We got there the day of match and the hotel was extremely busy. There were a couple of misses: the hot tub water was murky and the jets didn't seem to work, our room was not ready by check in time and the parking was a mess due to the volume of people. 'The air conditioning was broken during an extreme heat wave. It had been broken. They did not tell guests when they checked in it was broken misrepresenting what was advertised for amenities for the hotel. They took the $520/night and waited for guests to “discover” this very unpleasant surprise. Shockingly unprofessional and amongst the worst staff and hotel experiences I’ve ever had.'
