'Beautiful historic property. If you like historical hotels this is nice one. Staff was, without exception very good. I gave 4 stars because of the age and wear, which is to be expected, but might bother travelers who prefer newer properties. Great blackout curtains. The hotel bar was good.'

'If we come back to KC again, we will be staying at the AC Hotel by Marriott. I have not one complaint about the place. Beautiful hotel, the friendliest of staff and a fabulous room that was probably the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. '

'I was in town for a long weekend to see a concert. The hotel was well placed near great spots, spent a good amount of time in power and light, and is a block over from the streetcar. Hotel itself was very nice, staff was helpful, and the room was great.'

'So many options for dining and shopping. A very convenient location for the mueseum and other activities! The parking was somewhat confusing but our trip was abit last minute so we were unable to research before our stay. The front were so accommodating and kind! '

'Heating didn't work properly - could not get temperature above 60 degrees (highly uncomfortable in KC during Winter). Asked for a solution twice, but the issue was never resolved.'

'Very unsafe neighbourhood with community kitchen and homeless shelter next door. I was offered to buy a knife. Addicts all around. Police sirens all night. Glad to leave! Highly NOT recommended.'

'Great stay from check-in to check-out. Theus was warm, professional and welcoming. He went above and beyond to provide me with information about the city. The room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the on-site parking. For my stay I was able to walk or utilize public transit but still had to drive to partake in certain places. It was nice not having to worry about parking. Breakfast was very good and had a nice variety. I enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches. '
