'We absolutely loved our stay. The decor, the comfort. We enjoyed practically everything. Our only critique: EXTREMELY loud inside studio 5 when anyone is in the hall (just walking even). So much more noticeably loud than comparable buildings. I’m not sure if this is acoustics or lack of insulation. Regardless, it didn’t ruin our stay just something to improve upon for quality guest experience.'

We had no housekeeping at all in the 3 days we were there. They were supposed to come on day two but we were skipped. Also, it would be nice to have more soap and personal care items in the room. 'This hotel is in the heart of downtown KC, 1 block walk from a street car stop and a couple blocks from Union station. This was a perfect stay for us, since we took Amtrak to Union station. Staff was polite and helpful, answering questions about streetcar stops. The breakfast in the morning was on the higher quality, as far as hotel breakfasts go, and had lots of variety.'
