'The hotel was nice. The checkin staff didn’t tell us what was available, like pool or gym. They kind of helped with downtown things but not much. We had no housekeeping at all in the 3 days we were there. They were supposed to come on day two but we were skipped. Also, it would be nice to have more soap and personal care items in the room. Breakfast was good except the coffee. The only choice was bold coffee. A medium or breakfast blend would’ve been a nice option. I had to buy a five dollar...

'This hotel is in the heart of downtown KC, 1 block walk from a street car stop and a couple blocks from Union station. This was a perfect stay for us, since we took Amtrak to Union station. Staff was polite and helpful, answering questions about streetcar stops. The breakfast in the morning was on the higher quality, as far as hotel breakfasts go, and had lots of variety.'
