'Firstly Robert at the front desk was simply amazing. He has such a positive and infectious energy to him and makes you feel at ease while handling any problem or issue you have. His first greeting and personable nature put me at ease instantly and helped me realize I made an awesome choice to stay at this hotel. Maybe normal and “ nothing you can do about it” however it could be disclosed in good conscience when patron is given room facing Main St. Street noise was almost like it was in the room, so loud and seemingly no noise insulation on building at all.
