'We waren er op een vrijdag terwijl er een honkbal wedstrijd was, dus het was erg druk in het hotel. Zeker bij het ontbijt was het zoeken naar een tafeltje. Voor de rest een prima kamer.'

'Was first assigned to a B lockout room that didn't have a washer/dryer or a balcony, but once I called reception desk, were reassigned to an A room. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Really enjoyed golfing on their golf course.'

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'The Loews Kansas City hotel was immaculate. The check-in process was quick and trouble-free even though we were checking in three hours early. The location is great and very close to the kc street car Kauffman stop, turning the entire downtown area from the City Market to the WWI park and Boulevard Beer into no car needed destinations.'

'Breakfast is great. The size of the room is good. The parking garage is convenient. However, you will not have a clean room with fresh towels unless you book the room service daily in the morning, which is confusing.'
