« great experience overall. Food was good from the morning cafe. The pool and hot tub were good, but pool seems a little shallow and hot tub seems small but still enjoyed. Staff was friendly and cleaning service did a great job overall keeping up with the cleanliness or the rooms and the common area. Would recommend to a friend. »

« Good location. Unpretentious room. What shines most brightly at the Ozarker is the staff. Each person I engaged with — from the manager to barista/bartender to housekeeping — was warm, helpful, and clearly wanted me to have an enjoyable time in their community. People actually use the lobby area for games and conversation. Hospitality and community ties are clearly important to this locally-owned establishment. »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Super clean. AC took awhile to cool the little place. I notified the travel@evolve.com person that said to use that email to communicate. We left at 12:15 pm Thursday. A severe storm was coming from OK with baseball size hail & tornado warnings. Having a brand new boat & new truck, we opted to leave before the storm hit. I left door unlocked, as instructed. I told that person we were leaving, in case the property manager needed to lock up. »

« Nice big room since we needed a pullout couch also. LOVED the 2nd sink. That was such an amazing feature. So often when we travel we wish the sink was at least outside the bathroom, but to have two was fantastic with multiple girls getting ready. Staff were all so friendly and so nice to have bellmen take load/unload luggage from car and into the room. We always love staying at the Chateau.
