'The property is older in a quiet residential neighborhood. The kitchen was fully-equipped, as was the laundry room. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. Our contact person, Mike Davis, was super responsive and personable whenever we called with a question. '

'We had a really lovely stay at this little yellow house. Very comfortable for our family of six, which included one kid, three grandparents and two parents. Very centrally located to everything you need to get to in Anchorage. We rented a car for longer excursions but if you just want to stay in the city, you can uber just about everywhere for less than $15. We also walked to downtown a few times for museums. The host was super responsive, property was clean and quiet. House was well appointed...

'Had an excellent stay here for one week in July 2025. All appliances working well, excellent queen bed to sleep in and clean bathroom. Owner was very responsive and helpful for any queries. Flooring could be improved in some areas. Neighborhood is not exactly posh but I felt comfortable soon after I arrived. '
