'Hotel had a good location, near by the sea, shops and restaurants and it felt safe. Pools were clean which was nice. Cleaning service comes by everyday but they once forgot to change the dirty towels and they don’t change the sheets. Also the walls and doors are so thin you hear a lot from outside of your room. The check in/out was very easy and the service was nice. '

'Das Hotel ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und in Sachen Sauberkeit und Ambiente absolut auf Fünf-Sterne-Niveau. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Leider wurde statt des gebuchten Deluxe-Zimmers mit King-Bed und Balkon zunächst ein barrierefreies Zimmer vergeben. Dieses entsprach optisch und funktional nicht dem gebuchten Standard. Für meinen knapp zwei Meter großen Vater war dies besonders unangenehm, da weder Dusche noch Spiegel für ihn geeignet waren. Trotz sofortiger Reklamation...

'We had a great week at El Cid. The hotel is perfectly located next to the beach, nearby many nice restaurants and super close to a bus stop from which you can get to Palma in 15 minutes. The staff extremely friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice. For the people wondering whether it's a con to be so close to the airport: during the whole week there was only one airplane that flew directly overhead. The rest was so far away that you usually couldn't even hear them, so you...

'We hadden 2 verschillende kamertypes geboekt. Toch liever beide partijen een zelfde kamer. Dit werd gelijk, zonder gedoe geregeld. Koffie vergeten bij te vullen door housekeeping? een kwartier later stond het alsnog op de kamers. Dit was ons 2e bezoek hier en voor volgend jaar staat de reservering al klaar. De rust in en om het hotel, mede door de situering in een woonwijk, is fantastisch. En wil je wat meer reuring? De bushalte zit om de hoek en in 5 minuten loop je naar het nabijgelegen strand...

'Overall a decent place to visit. The room is OK, but the hotel itself is a bit more outdated. Same is visible in the restaurant. Outside dinner is good, but not that much space. And mostly older German people seem to visit this hotel.'
