'Zuerst der Vermieter: Toni war super nett und hat alles vor und während des Aufenthalts super erklärt.Die Wohnung: Tolle geräumige Wohnung. Die Betten hart, aber bequem zum Schlafen. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, man ist ja eh immer unterwegs. Badezimmer ein wenig klein, man muss in die Dusche um auf die Toilette zu gehen. War uns aber egal, konnten wir gut mit leben. Parken ist kein Problem. Und zum Abschluss: Das Highlight die Terrasse. Ganz toll, groß und einfach nur...

'Μετριο με χαλασμένα παλιά έπιπλα, έλλειμμα καθαριότητας σε πετσέτες και σεντόνια. Ο ιδιοκτήτης αδιαφόρησε σε προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίσαμε με το σπίτι. Καθόλου θέα και παραλία ακατάλληλη για μπάνιο.. χωρίς ασανσέρ'

'Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt und bei Fragen wurde prompt geantwortet und geholfen. Lage und Ausstattung sind klasse.Am letzten Abend zogen über uns Jugendliche ein - das war etwas nervig. Dafür kann aber unsere Vermieterin nichts.'

'We hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad hier. Het gebied is wat rustiger en minder toeristisch dan het noorden. (Nu was het ook wel oktober) Het strand was heel dichtbij en geschikt voor kinderen, lang ondiep. Het huis heeft allemaal strandspullen die je mag gebruiken. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en makkelijk te benaderen. Het huis is ruim en was schoon. De pannetjes zijn wat verouderd, en het ruikt er een beetje muf. Maar de bedden en douche zijn goed! Al met al een prima huis!'

'Mooi appartement en een mooie omgeving. Ook de communicatie tussen de contact persoon op locatie ging snel en gemakkelijk. Zeker de moeite waard om terug te komen.'

'The apartment is large, spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly want is supplied. It has 2 terraces with sunbeds and ccomfortablefur furniture. The view is magnificent. Arenal is charming with great restaurants and one of the best beaches on the island. Loved it.'

'Great location on the hill with a beautiful view of the river from the back veranda. It is a short walk down to the Cala Galdana beach. There are lots of places around to eat as well as easy access to the water taxis in the marina. Communication was great with the host and our vacation ran very smoothly.'

'This property could do with a major makeover especially the bathroom which is not fit for purpose. The kitchen cleanliness was not the best, one of the plates was dirty. The property also needed more airing as there was a damp smell on arrival. When raising the above with 3Villas, they did move us within 24 hours to more suitable accommodation for which we were very appreciative for their swift action.'

'Generous 3 bed apartment, just a 5 min walk from the town. Good views of the harbour entrance. Sunny balcony in the morning. Good parking immediately outside on a quiet road. It was clean and tidy and the beds fairly comfortable. The decor ahd furniture was a bit dated. Whilst we didn't want a very lively resort, we found Fornells maybe a bit too quiet when we visited in May. I think a car would be essential.'

'Perfect location and lovely views. Small complex which wasn’t to busy in September . Large balcony . The apartment was fine. You will need to buy everything as nothing supplied at all. Water would have been a nice touch and maybe some soap . Things to improve . Mattresses so hard. Would stay here again as very reasonable if mattresses replaced. Plenty of places to eat and bus route very close.'
