Cottages in Disney's Maingate East

'Was probably once a great time place. Owner was nice. Night time neighborhood is a bit noisy guess it's just how people act now no respect for property.'

'The cottage was exactly as pictured. It was clean and cute. We got in later as expected but it was easy to find and get in. The host was easy to communicate with and sent timely messages with the info I needed before I got there. I definitely recommended this cottage and host!'

'Lovely spot, in a quiet neighborhood. Clean and spotless, and stocked with amenities for breakfast and snacks. We'll be booking again next time we go down to visit family in Orlando.'

'The property host was easy to get a hold of and addressed issues quickly. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the cottage when we arrived, so I alerted the host and he provided a new one that evening. When I alerted him that the A/C wasn’t working he did refund for the last two nights. He was apologetic and tried to have it fixed immediately, however he was not able to. Not for lack of effort. The only downsides were, the backyard property and yard surrounding the cottage needed to be cleaned up....

'The communication with the property owner was excellent. The cottage is attached to the owners home but is quite private and comfortable. I’ve already recommended it to family members who wish to visit that area.'

'This house is absolutely beautiful! Prior to arrival, all needed info- check-in, wifi code, door access, everything was communicated. The master bedroom, with it's own hallway and bathroom, has a lounge style sitting room attached. The patio is larger than it appears in the photos. The lake out back is so peaceful. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you'll need. The owner/ manager texted just to see how things were going. Very thoughtful! It was a great vacation rental and i will definitely...

'Needs some upgrades. The bed was a full size, very small for a couple, should really think of upgrading to a king. Pans were old and could use replacing. Bugs and ants constant. Shower was small. Very small tv. Stovetop had missing nob and was difficult to operate. Definitely needs upgrading, left a day early, didn’t feel comfortable there. '
