« My overall experience with the property and host was great!! Tammy was very easy to contact even during my stay she told me exactly where the firework show was going to be and we could see them from the parking lot. “Great View” The unit was oceanview so we could sit on the balcony and enjoy the show from a distance also. Either way… Everything was 10/10 would definitely recommend!! »

« The apartment was better than what we expected, the pics do not do it justice, well equipped, beautifully decorated, One of the few apartments in that building with panoramic view. Sand toys, chairs and parasols were provided, the kids loved the bunk beds. Easy access to the beach and the pool. It is also located within short driving distance from all the hot spots in Destin. We also had a couple of minor requests and the owners went above and beyond to accommodate us quickly. Couple of notes...

« Pelican Beach Resort is one of our favorites in the area. Right in the middle of all the Destin action. We were able to walk to Big Kahunas water park across the street. View was amazing, unit was clean, hosts were great! »

« The thermostat needs addressing but it did work properly after maintenance looks at it. The mattress in master bedroom is very hard. However room was very nice. Ocean view was wonderful. Plenty of room in kitchen & dining room. Balchony view was excellent . To add kitchen appliances appeared new. Would stay there again just couldnt give excellent. »
