Come indulge in paradise at The Emerald Gem! Our 1 bedroom, 1 bath cozy condo offers a Queen bedroom, sleeper sofa, and built in Twin bunks. Amenities are a-plenty in the 24-hour security monitored gated community of Sandpiper Cove. Enjoy private gated beach access with beach service for 2 included (03/01 - 10/31), 5 community pools & hot tubs, tennis & shuffleboard courts, on-site restaurant, a private guest-only beach bar, & our very own 9-hole golf course. Memories WILL be made here!

The Emerald Gem is a cozy & absolutely stunning modern condo, located in the sought after Sandpiper Cove Resort. Enjoy amenities, amenities, amenities! Start with a cool beverage of choice right outside your bedroom door or a meal at the picnic style table on your large private patio overlooking the grassy area, horseshoe pits & pool area. There is plenty of space to cook in and eat in our lovely kitchen with high-end granite countertops and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. Our kitchen is fully stocked with a fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle, and more! If you plan to cook during your trip, we encourage you to bring along any spices, condiments, & oils you may need as we do not provide any perishable or non-perishable items. Relax on the soft leather sofa that converts to a Queen size bed with memory foam mattress for sleeping. Watch movies, play board games and visit in the living area that overlooks the large deck through the windows. Snuggle up in the intimate bedroom on a Queen size bed with patio door that leads to large outdoor space, and let the kids enjoy the built in hallway twin bunks!

>> Where You'll Sleep <<

• Our one bedroom is intimate and cozy with a Queen size bed. Enjoy our complimentary standard cable, or log into your own streaming media on the wall mounted Roku Smart TV.

• For the kids, or additional guests, we feature an open concept Twin bunk bed built into the hallway that includes lighting for reading & charging stations right in each bunk.

• In the living area, our plush leather sofa folds out to queen size bed with a memory foam mattress.

Sheets, blankets, and pillows are provided.

• Under the bunk bed is perfect for luggage storage, and clothing storage is available in the small open closet shelving or armoire in the living area.



>> Bathroom <<

• The one bathroom offers a well-lit granite top vanity with spa like feel. The shower includes a 60-inch oversized tub with sliding glass enclosure for options for soaking or rainfall shower. We provide bath towels, wash cloths, and a hair dryer for guests to use during their stay. A courtesy supply of toilet paper & single use hotel style soap is provided, but please be sure to bring any additional toiletries needed.



>> Living Area and Kitchen <<

• Relax in the cozy living area with a reading chair and large soft leather sofa. The sofa folds out to convert to a Queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. The 55" Roku Smart TV offers complimentary standard cable as well as the ability to watch your own streaming accounts if desired. Wi-Fi internet is provided.

• There's a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, blender, toaster, and more for cooking. If you plan to cook during your trip, we encourage you to bring along any spices, condiments, & oils you may need as we do not provide any perishable or non-perishable items. Enjoy dining for 4 at the breakfast bar with granite countertops.

• Coffee drinkers can enjoy either a single cup or full pot of coffee from our combination coffee dispenser or a Keurig, just bring your favorite coffee or K-Cups along! A few pantry shelves are available for storing your groceries for the week. A stackable washer and dryer are located in the hall near the entrance where you will find an iron and ironing board as well.



>> Outdoor Space and Amenities <<

• You will love the oversized deck and patio, accessed through the patio door right outside your bedroom. You can dine outside at the cozy patio table, watch a horse shoe game at the drink rail on the comfortable bar stools or relax in the Adirondack chairs while grilling on the electric grill.

• One of the 5 community pools is located just off your patio, down the stairs across the grassy area where you can throw footballs or play horse shoes. From the patio staircase, you can quickly access the beach with just a short 4 minute walk to 1,100 feet of private access only beach.

• Play pickle ball or tennis on the courts located in the resort just a short walk from the unit. Shuffle board can also be played on the grounds.

• If you enjoy golf, a 9-hole pitch and putt golf course is on property. After a day of play, enjoy a nice dinner on site at the Louisiana Lagniappe while overlooking the water. Take the water taxi from their restaurant or from the marina over to the Harborwalk Village to enjoy the many dining and entertainment options there as well.



>> Tiny Travelers & Pets <<

• We have a pack & play, high chair, and plastic cutlery/dishes/cups for our tiny travelers. These items are always at the condo, and available for guest use.

• We are pet friendly, with a one time $50 fee for up to two dogs or cats 35lbs or less. $40 of this fee is due to us prior to arrival, and the additional $10 is to be paid at the gate upon arrival. We do require that your pet is house trained, leashed when outside in common areas, cleaned up after both indoors and outdoors, crated when left unattended, and not permitted on furniture at any time. This price is not included in your booking price, unless you've selected to add your pet as a "guest". Otherwise, it is a payment request that will be sent over after your booking to be paid prior to check in. We will need to know your pet name, gender, breed, coloring, and weight if you book with your furry friend!

• During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction!

Destin FL (VPS) - 18 miles

Panama City FL (ECP) - 52 miles

Pensacola FL (PNS) - 53 miles
