'My cousin and I took a much needed extended vacation. We started in Cozumel at the Westin and were extremely comfortable and pleased with our stay. 'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

'Nice resort. Small. Only four restaurants so if you are there for many nights you may get bored with the cuisine. Good was good except for the steak house. After a good rain the rooms smell musty and like sewer. We stayed in the closest building to the pool. Easy walk to the pool and beach. The beach was nice. We went during seaweed season so there was a lot of seaweed daily on the beach. The staff worked night and day to try to clear it. The staff was exceptional. Kind, friendly and helpful....
