« Managed to get an accessibility room after some discussion. Evidently you can only reserve them if you phone in and not by registering online. Also right outside the accessible room was the only ice machine for the whole facility and it is not secured at night. People were filling large coolers at all times during the night. Most did not actually stay at the lodge. »

« The staff are very helpful The food was good, warm food was warm and cold food was cold. The Room was comfortable and clean. The pool was not heated and thus it was ice cube cold. Kids - liked the pool. Adults - we need to be pampered. The cushions that you sit on in the dining room need a good cleaning, as well as under the tables. »

« The bed sheets were dirty and had large stains on them. In addition, the unit next to mine played loud music from 1:00 AM until 3:00 AM. I contacted the management several times, but no action was taken. As a result, I was unable to sleep at all during the night. I checked in at 10:00 PM and left at 6:00 AM without getting any sleep. This was a very disappointing experience. »
