'今回の滞在にはとてもがっかりしています。 部屋のベッドやバスルームに、蚊や小さな虫の死骸がたくさんありました。自分で何度か掃除しましたが、その後もまた虫が出てきては死んで落ちてきます。おそらく殺虫剤を使った直後だと思うのですが、それが人体に影響ないのか少し不安です。 夜中にどうしても我慢できずフロントに電話して、翌日の清掃スタッフに伝えてほしいとお願いしました。ですが、「バルコニーのドアや窓を開けないでください」と言われただけでした。 私は遅い時間にチェックインしていて、そもそもドアや窓は開けていないと伝えたのですが、「Ok，good」と言われただけで、特に謝罪もありませんでした。まるでこちらに問題があるような対応で、とても不快に感じました。 翌日、清掃スタッフの方にメモを書いて、チップもお渡しし、「できればしっかり掃除をお願いしたい」と伝えました。 その日の夜に部屋へ戻ると、小さい飛び虫は少し減っていましたが、ゴキブリの死骸がありました。 正直、使われている殺虫剤が人体に影響ないのかも分からず、不安な気持ちのまま滞在することになりました。全体的にとても不満の残る滞在でした。'

'This is a nicely decorated villa in a well located gated community near the Mauna Lani and Fairmont resorts. The rooms are spacious and all very clean. The owners have thought of almost everything you would need for a family or two couples. '

We are a family of 4 adults and loved the fact that there was enough room for us to gather but also to relax. The house is in a great location, the pool is one minute walking distance from the house and it is gorgeous, as well as the hot tub. What we enjoyed the most was the fact that the house is extremely well equipped. We enjoyed the bicycles and the beach equipment, especially the boogie...
