'As advertised, the staff is exemplary! All you need to do is ask and a member of the staff will fulfill your request quickly. We had a problem with our TV and they replaced the entire TV in about 15 minutes. The staff has a sense of pride when it comes to making sure everything works at Mauna Kea and that all of your needs are met!
Our room was meticulously cleaned daily and again, you can ask housekeeping for anything and they will respond to the request promptly.

'We had a fantastic stay here. The resort is absolutely perfect, great location and amenities, it’s almost too good to leave to go exploring (but you have to!). The room, balcony and view was spectacular. If you are thinking of going here, stop thinking, just book it, and definitely upgrade to the Gold experience, it’s worth it. The private hostess, lounge, amenities, all top notch.'

'あまり情報が無かったが、行ってみたら、非常に良い。建物はそれなりの期間が経過しているだろうが、リノベーションしているのか、とてもきれい。何より広いし、インテリアも良く、キッチンには調味料まで何でも揃っている。またプールサイドには立派なBBQ施設と、ジャグジー（温水）、サウナまである。秘密にしておきたいくらい、かなりおすすめの宿です。'

'Beautiful ocean view. Space was very clean. We spent our time exploring the island and were not interested in the large resorts. Host were welcoming! Thank you for the fruit plate! 'We had a wonderful stay! This cottage is cozy and comfy, providing everything we needed for a great visit. It’s in a quiet neighborhood close to Waimea but also close to the beach. 'This place was amazing! So clean and SO creative. Lots of cute frog-themed touches. They definitely put heart in to developing this oasis. Definitely arrive in the afternoon if possible so you can enjoy the property. The waterfalls and creeks are gorgeous! Be sure to eat before you arrive or bring food, as nearby options are limited. 'The entire property was magical--such a peaceful and serene area. I truly enjoyed my stay at the Owl Nest. The property was equipped with everything I needed, making my experience completely comfortable. One of my favorite details was how, by opening all the curtains, you feel almost as if you’re sitting outside. The windows stay open with screens, so at night you can hear the soothing sounds of frogs and rain. It was an incredible way to connect with nature while indoors. I would rate this...
