'The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice with the balcony. I wasn’t a fan of the contemporary art work but that is my taste. The bathroom was nice with a nice walk-in shower but no exhaust fan in the bathroom. This caused the mirror to fog up which was a little inconvenient. The beds were comfortable. It is within a short walk to downtown and Charlevoix’s beautiful park overlooking Round lake. '

'Our stay was for 3 days just to get away and relax and all was great except we didn't think to bring our bathing suits. After closing our own pool we didn't consider theirs would be open and from what we heard was great. The breakfast leaves a bit to be desired as granola bars and coffee is not a breakfast but I never rely on hotels to offer much.'

'We loved being given (without our asking) the only room with a deck out back overlooking Lake Huron with a spectacular view of the skies and bridge. When our room key didn't work, the front desk lady was there in a jiffy with a new key. Only thing I didn't like were the spiders in the corners, which were working hard to catch all the gnats that got in when we were unpacking the car. But I guess that's to be expected when it's Sept and there are few guests.'

'Great little condo. Appears to be recently updated and very clean and nice. Took a short weekend ski trip for a ski instructor training with my wife and 4 year old daughter. It has a sofa bed but didn’t use it because daughter insisted on sleeping in king bed with us which was plenty big. Within walking distance of everything at Boyne Mountain. Close enough to take breaks. No need to drive anywhere, just park your car. Kitchenette was great for breakfast and lunch but we ate out for dinner....
