'Beautiful inside the hotel and the outside grounds! Spa was gorgeous and relaxing! Scenery was amazing and ambience was peaceful! Friendly staff! Definitely recommended and will be coming again!'

'We were visiting RIT, and this hotel was 10 minutes away. Decent hotel that was great for the price. Late night check in was great since it was a long ride from Massachusetts.'

'This place is awful- I know this! But I come for The hot tub only! Which was broken!! We paid $162 to use a nice bubbly hot tub knowing that the service here is garbage but the hot tub is worth it. Unfortunately when we got into the room the hot tub was broken and the air conditioner was awful. Two lights didn’t work, the microwave wasn’t plugged in which we found out 20 minutes after messing with it.. I called the front desk to ask to be switched to a different room as online, It said that...

'Grote kamer, schoon, fijne bedden'

'I’m not sure how this hotel has 4 stars. It is in bad need of repairs and maintenance, from the escalators and elevators to the pool paint peeling up from the bottom. Our water pressure in the bathroom was so low I had to go wash my hair at a friends room in the Hilton next door. Fluorescent lighting in the rooms, no cleaning staff.. this was rough. We couldn’t even go to the hotel bar because the escalator makes such a loud screeching sound every 5 seconds or so that echos throughout the entire...

'Beautiful short stay! Enjoyed breakfast by the fireplace'

'Convenient location for the strong museum'

'Front desk staff was amazing and courteous!!'

The room was warm and comfortable with room control of the temperature. The king sized bed was comfortable with numerous pillows to choose from. There was also a small sofa and working fridge. Breakfast was included but I could not enjoy it because of my schedule. The...

'The room was clean however the beds are very uncomfortable. The heating cooling system kept making crazy noises all night long and I was placed at the end of the wall near the outside door where people were going in and out all night long plus there was a door right there to go to the stairs to go to the upper floor. They did not come to clean my room. The first day I was there. They came the second day they picked up the towels gave me new ones however, when they made the bed, they didn’t...
