'The hotel and room was extremely clean , the staff were lovely and it is very dog friendly'

'Just needs a refresh in general a little tired .bathroom grout needs attention and the bedroom curtains had what looked like tea stains on , missing one bed side cabinet and the other had edging tape missing . For the money we paid I am not complaining, the bed and bedroom in general was loverly and clean .'

'Room clean.staff very friendly and a very good breakfast.'

'Very friendly service but the room was cold and when we asked for heating it was only turned on for an hour so was cold again in the morning. Door to the bathroom didn’t shut properly and the handle was half unscrewed.'

'We would go back.'

'Well kept, luxurious stay in an idyllic location. The food, drink and amenities were fantastic. Highly recommend.'

'It’s in poor state'

'Absolutely fantastic hotel - fabulous food. Exceptionally clean room, lovely bar, excellent food. Definitely will be returning.'

'Was a cheap room and did the job. The pillows were extremely thin though which made it super hard to actually get comfortable. These really need replacing. It's not even a case of soft or hard. they're just empty! Lot of dust around including on the bed so guessing something dirty was put on there after it was cleaned. Whole place could do with bit of a deep clean but for the price we paid we really can't complain much'

'Nice room to myself. I bought breakfast and dinner also, really well cooked. Good value for money'

'Wonderful 2 night stay for a walking weekend, exceptional customer service and superb food.'
