'This hotel is perfect for family if you want to go to Legoland especially family with small kids. Even just enjoyed inside the hotel for small kids it is already perfect place. Very adventurous with the Lego all over the place and a treasure hunt for the kids in the rooom'

'Disappointing Experience at a Hotel in Southkey / Mid Valley We stayed here over the weekend during Ramadan. The location is fantastic, sitting above the beautiful Southkey Mid Valley mall, but unfortunately the overall hotel experience was surprisingly disappointing. Around 10pm, almost everything in the hotel stopped operating. We went up to the bar for what was advertised as a complimentary drink with a nice view. When we ordered cocktails at about 10:30pm, we were told there were no snacks...

'Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Hotel location was good. However, cleaniness and upkeeping can be significantly improved, for e.g.: a) surroumding edges of bathroom sink and floor finishing were dirty and mouldy b) no electric socket in the bathroom which is surprising for a 4 star hotel Charging points are limited and w/o USB being available. Bed lamps can be installed to improve lighting.'
