'Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Hotel location was good. However, cleaniness and upkeeping can be significantly improved, for e.g.: a) surroumding edges of bathroom sink and floor finishing were dirty and mouldy b) no electric socket in the bathroom which is surprising for a 4 star hotel Charging points are limited and w/o USB being available. Bed lamps can be installed to improve lighting.'

'The location is convenient, near the Woodland border and close to local shopping malls. Breakfast was very basic with limited choices, and the lack of variety became noticeable if staying more than two nights. The lift lobby of 33A, where the restaurant is located, was greasy and slippery, which made the experience less pleasant. 'Rooms looks old from outside but inside is well maintained. Staffs efficiency at receptions. Buffet breakfast is simple with not much variety but restaurant staffs are friendly. Costco coffee machine at hotel lobby, wherever coffee lovers crave coffee at can buy at machine. Level 1 has hotel swimming pool, gym and kids playroom but you might not use much as Legoland connected with Medini mall has a lot things to do.'
