'Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Hotel location was good. However, cleaniness and upkeeping can be significantly improved, for e.g.: a) surroumding edges of bathroom sink and floor finishing were dirty and mouldy b) no electric socket in the bathroom which is surprising for a 4 star hotel Charging points are limited and w/o USB being available. Bed lamps can be installed to improve lighting.'

'Good location although it was quite hard to drive up to the 7th floor and locate where to park at the hotel. Great room service. We liked the rooms and it was convenient and accessible to Komtar jbcc. Booked the executive king rooms and we were pleasantly surprised that it came with complimentary food/wine or mini high tea set at the lounge and daily complimentary mini bar & fridge items. The breakfast buffet was good too and worth the price. Will definitely recommend :)'

'Rooms looks old from outside but inside is well maintained. Staffs efficiency at receptions. Buffet breakfast is simple with not much variety but restaurant staffs are friendly. Costco coffee machine at hotel lobby, wherever coffee lovers crave coffee at can buy at machine. Level 1 has hotel swimming pool, gym and kids playroom but you might not use much as Legoland connected with Medini mall has a lot things to do.'
