« Room is clean, gym is spacious with sufficient equipment to use. However, treadmill was quite wonky which can be dangerous. Will be good for staff to take a look at the treadmill and have regular maintenance. Buffet spread was good but could have more varieties. Overall the room was clean and nice, spacious and extremely comfortable »

« Reception took 20 minutes to check us in and then told us the restaurant was closed. Woke me up by phone to demand we come down stairs to pay a tourist tax. The need a bit of a lesson in customer service. »

« Everything was wonderful. From the staff to the cleanliness and aviation themed interior design of the room, everything was amazing. I will say that the entrance to the gym is through a different lift which was a little confusing. The leg extension machine was also faulty for a new hotel but other than that, everything was seamless and relaxing »

The room was extremely clean and tidy, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable — we had a great night’s rest. I was especially impressed with how spotlessly clean the bathroom was. Everything was neat and well taken care of. Check-in and check-out were also smooth, quick, and seamless, which made the whole experience even more...

« Very nice place that Dorsett has bought but needs some thorough cleaning and sprucing up. Very good air con in the lobby but not always in the rooms. Even though we had to change room, staff was awesome. So friendly and helpful. The people working here are worth the visit. Nice and quiet for now. »
