« Rooms looks old from outside but inside is well maintained. Staffs efficiency at receptions. Buffet breakfast is simple with not much variety but restaurant staffs are friendly. Costco coffee machine at hotel lobby, wherever coffee lovers crave coffee at can buy at machine. Level 1 has hotel swimming pool, gym and kids playroom but you might not use much as Legoland connected with Medini mall has a lot things to do. »

« Nice owner and very helpful. Only issue is people playing loud music from 7am in the morning on weekends. Room was clean and bed comfortable, will stay again. »

« This apartment wasn’t overly clean, unfortunately, which was such a shame as the location is great, the ceilings in all rooms were moldy, broken glasses in the cupboards, mold on the crockery and chopping board, the washing machine was filthy, there was mold in the bathroom, the safe was locked so we couldn’t use it, the wifi was poor, we had 2 towels for a weeks stay and 2 toilet rolls, there was a great lack of kitchen utilities despite it having a kitchen area, no washing up equipment, we had...

« Pool: Poor condition! Unit: Very clean. Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts. Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting! »

« We checked in at around 6:00 PM. The digital lock was not very sensitive, so some patience was needed before successfully unlocking the door. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 3 toilets. Towels were provided, but guests need to bring their own toothbrush and toothpaste. The environment and cleanliness were excellent — the space was spacious, neat, and well-maintained.
