'Clean room, accessible to mall.'

'A bit dated but clean and well maintained. Staff very responsive. Breakfast has a good range and is very good. The pool was being refurbished but they had back up options which I appreciated. Walkable to mall and JB Sentral.'

However, cleaniness and upkeeping can be significantly improved, for e.g.: a) surroumding edges of bathroom sink and floor finishing were dirty and mouldy b) no electric socket in the bathroom which is surprising for a 4 star hotel Charging points are limited and w/o USB being available. Bed lamps can be installed to improve lighting.'

'This hotel is perfect for family if you want to go to Legoland especially family with small kids. Even just enjoyed inside the hotel for small kids it is already perfect place. Very adventurous with the Lego all over the place and a treasure hunt for the kids in the rooom'

'Stayed at the family suite, the kids room is so lovely, my kid enjoyed it. The toilet was amazing too. Great stay. Breakfast spread was good too. The free flow alcohol and food spread at club lounge was great too.'

'Excellent stay for solo tourist. Surrounding amenities are excellent. Level 41 scenery is spectacular. On the other hand, swimming pool is chalky, bed squeaky, sauna & locker not working and many renovations in progress. Hope next stay better.'

'Need to top up for guaranteed connecting room. Rooms are basically okay and comfortable enough for family stay but toilet has a stale smell from the drainage.'

'The staff told me during registration (2pm) there will be a room with queen size bed for me and come back at 3pm for official check in. But when I check in at 3pm she told me there were no queen size bed available anymore whereas another guest made a request she gave to them. Then we were stuck with the room which we accept. But the thing don’t end there, when we want to shower at night, there isn’t any hot water. Call the front desk, then maintenance came in, still could not solve the issue,...

'Entering the Room, was hit by whiff of moldy musky smell. Once.Air conditioning was on it wad confirmed it came from there. Seems like the Fancoils wefe not periodically maintained. Room Service was mediocre too, food arrived not quite warm enough. '
