'DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Door of the shower is leaking… I had to use 2 towels to put on the floor because water was passing under the door, filling the floor of the bathroom and going to the title on the room. It was NOT an accessible room. And we were very careful closing the door and putting the shower on the other direction of the door. Next day, no one had took care of the room... I had to request at the front desk in the afternoon, since the smell of wet towels inside the room was too...

'Resort was wonderful. I can’t wait to come back. My only complaint is there is no fan in the bathroom for when you shower. If staying with friends or family you must get dressed in a hot wet sauna. Are at old hickory and it was 5*. Can’t wait to stay again with my family next time'

'Booked the property for a two night stay, was alerted by the property hours before check in that the room I booked had a plumbing issue. Took hours and many phone calls to reach a place that they placed us in another room but said we would have to be out of it the following morning then check into a completely separate room. Unfortunately there is a three hour window between check out time and check in. So we had to pack all of our things and wait. I work six days a week and this was meant to be...

'Very clean and easy to access. Quick check in and check out. Desk clerk provided key information on breakfast and “managers snack time”. He also asked about parking( we didn’t drive to the location). Great room comforts, clean and crisp sheets and easily temperature controlled. Location was great to get to a variety of activities including an easy walk to Broadway. Definitely will return!'

'Like most modern Am. hotels the environment is unattractive. However, the rooms arelovely and spacious. There is a nice shop and good restaurant, friendly service, etc. Over all our best and most price-worthy fascility in the USA until now. '
