The stay at the hotel was good. It was afterwards that was not. We checked out of the hotel on the 10/29. After we arrived at our next hotel, my husband realized he left his medication at comfort inn. I comfort inn that evening. No answer, so I messaged them through expedia. The next day i called comfort Inn again, was told housekeeping doesn't come in for a couple of hours. But she would call me back in 3-4 hours. 5 hours later, i called the hotel again, they had the medication but it was our responsibility to have a shipping label sent to them. We finally was able to get the shipping label created, after a couple of hours called the hotel. They had the label and would get the package sent out. The next day, My husband recieved notification label created and that was it. Called the hotel, yes they have the package but now we need to schedule a pick up. When asked why we weren't told that in the first place, the person at the front desk stated she just found out. When we pushed it a little and asked who decided that she said her manager. We were put on hold again. Called the hotel back, was told they would drop it off but not until tomorrow. Asked if there was anyway it could be done today. Put on hold, finally came back and said yes they found someone who would rake it and drop it off.
Multiple times they where supposed to call us back and didn't. We take responsibility for leaving the medication, but it was really hard getting them shipped.
