« It was a clean room. The sheet look very thin in areas. The mattress was okay. »

« As you walk inside, and look up in the lobby, they have water leaks and mold issues. The elevators were damaged. Worst of all BOTH rooms they showed us had visible mold in the showers. « The check in process was a pain and they needed 2 forms of ID for me to use a card. I was splitting payment between my card and my husbands card and they stated the name needed to be the same on both cards. He had to Venmo me the money from his card and then I had to Venmo myself to get all the money on my card. The housekeepers are the Indian owners who have no manners for Americans. They demanded to come into my room for cleaning while my infant was asleep and stated it was mandatory. They...

« Our TV did not work (no signal) and the staff was slow in responding so we just went to bed. It was ok. Our room had a connecting door, which we didn’t use, but it was so thin we could easily hear the conversation in that room. The breakfast was ok. »
