« This is a great hotel in close proximity to many restaurants, baseball fields. We were to see World Cup soccer and it seems the hotel was understaffed for the international event. The staff working were helpful- doing their best with limited resources. I think management should have better anticipated the need to add extra staff. »

« We were first given room 109 and it had a really strong smelled of mold we then moved to the top floor and was fine. »

« The hotel was nice but our room was clearly not finished with cleaning, we didn't have trash bags in our trash cans and the floors had not been swept. Luckily we had extra bags and just took care of it ourselves so we didn't have to bother hunting someone down »

« Aside from the one young lady that checked us in and wasn’t very helpful, the rest of the stay was great. The courtyard is beautiful and offers the best place to relax. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the amenities were abundant. We had the brunch buffet the two days we were there and the staff and food was excellent both times. We will be back to stay again. »

« I was kicked off the property because my ride from Topeka was late, I have a prosthetic leg and it took me a while to get it on and move my belongings to the Casey's next door, and they stood there until I was done moving my stuff and after I moved they still continued staring at me and when asked if I was off their property they didn't respond, I'd never had a problem until my ride was late. « I don't understand the average review rate... My room was strongly smelling cigarette even if it is supposed to be non-smoking room and it was not that clean. At the breakfast there were no more eggs and regular coffee. The only employee I saw seemed too busy to take care of all these details. The AC was so so. I understand it's under renovations but they don't even seem to try to make up for that. On the positive side it was quiet until about 7:30 when the construction workers started. ...

« Great breakfast. Tables cleaned when vacated. Staff was welcoming. Lots of parking Only knock is the shower had a bit of pink mold around the shampoo dispensers like it hadn’t been sanitized in a while. Enjoyed our stay. »
