'Valet parking was like a car jack. Before you know you are pulled out of the car. The check in lasted for hours (40min waiting time) once in the room, the room is oké. The complementary douchegel was empty. Not too bad, but with a little extra attention for the customer it would be great!! '

'This hotel cannot be 4 star, there is no way! The rooms are crazy dated, the bathtub was almost unusable , will never come back. Also the self parking is like a scam: they ask $45 for overnight parking but if you want to in and out you have to pay $20 every time! Or have to pay $55 for valet service'

'Nice property but limited coffee and creamer in room. Went to lobby for cream and they reluctantly gave me a small amount. While extra towels were delivered upon request, they weren’t in the room when requested before arrival. Bathroom sufficiently large and well lit, comfortable bed'

'Only recommendation is they need to revisit the shower heads - they’re soo water efficient that showering takes forever. The water also never really heated up, so they’re also being way too restrictive on water heating. Unfortunately both these items were probably worst I’ve had at a hotel ever - and I’ve stayed at hundreds (if not thousands) of hotels'

'visiting for work. Check in was a breeze and staff was very friendly. Ate breakfast on site one morning. Good choices and not crowded. Room was large and clean. Bathroom was very spacious. Quiet location and bed was very comfortable. Air conditioner was quiet and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Would recommend this hotel as it is walkable and convenient to many locations.'
