'Overall, we had a good stay at the Freehand Chicago. The location was convenient, and despite being in a busy area, we slept peacefully throughout the night. The hotel was also accommodating in holding our luggage after checkout since we had a later flight, which we appreciated. That said, there were several areas that could be improved. For the rest is the room clean and the staff very kind. Location is amazing 2. I spend around 755 dollars for 3 nights and have to wait 2 weeks to get 100 deposit back. '
