They had e-mailed me there was a problem with the room I requested, so they made a reservation at a hotel nearby. I did not get the email. They made it right and we got the requested room. '

'I have stayed here many times. I will continue to do so. The room was super clean and the staff has always been very nice. It is close to Starbucks, Meijer, and many fast food places. The lovely town of Plainwell is minutes away and the neighborhoods are great to walk through.'

'When I see the rooms I canceled directly the room and planned an other hotel. Dirty, old, defects, damaged non closing doors (frontdoor too), non smoking room smells to smoke.'
