'The young lady working at the front desk was wonderful and helping me with a problem. Expedia did a terrible job. Expedia would not accept the card number provided to the clerk from Expedia for the reservation, claiming that the reservation had been made through a third-party. Even though I had an Expedia confirmation number they continually insisted that it was not an Expedia reservation. The clerk agreed with me when provided with the evidence from my Expedia confirmation. Expedia totally...

'The front desk staff was WONDERFUL! But other than that everything else was very poor. The room and hallways were VERY dirty. Also the furniture including the lamp, dresser and chair were broken in the room itself. '
