« rooms have been renovated, clean, comfortable beds. Only negative was the refrigerator was too large for the cabinet, and the door didn't fully close unless you tilted the fridge. I also left the cabinet door ajar a bit to ventilate the unit. Otherwise, great stay »

« The property and amenities are average and staff were considerate. The problem was with Expedia and reimbursing us for an early checkout. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to stay the full week. So remember that when you book with this company. Trying to get ahold of someone is near impossible and then they spin you around and put it back on the hotel. The manager at the hotel was considerate and gave us a free night stay for Expedias mess. »

« Four Complaints - all related. First, I requested (and received) an accessible room (I stayed in Room # 109 to be exact) - but there was no hand held wand in the shower - which many handicapped people (me included) absolutely require. This is a $20 (at most) DIY replacement job that can be done in 2 minutes or less. Second, the tub was very tall and difficult for me to climb into. The tub in this room should be replaced with a "low curb model" (no taller than 4 inches) to solve this problem....

Great location and an outstanding local restaurant right across the parking lot on Gull Lake. Very moderately priced which made it even better. »

« Parking was great but the elevator was broke »

« Un arrêt court à Battle Creek dans un hotel agréable et confortable sur notre voyage entre Chicago et Détroit mais qui valait le détour pour aller au Gilmore Car Museum et pour assister à la rencontre annuelle Red Barns Spectacular. Un paradis de passionnés de voiture. »

« A party started above our room at about 9:30. A really loud party. We called the front desk - they said they would talk to the guests. 10 minutes of peace followed by a louder party. We called the front desk at 11. Basically told they could only call the guests again, but had been hung up on the first time. 10 more minutes of peace followed by what sounded like a full circus. Called front desk at midnight and demanded a different room. Told 'not our protocol'. Called the police, who...

« The room was very clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious. Would have appreciated complimentary coffee in the morning. We had to use the stairs because the elevators were down. They were a little dark and not very clean. Might have been a good idea to have someone check them out before sending guests to use them. »

« The staff during our 3 day stay was very helpful. The building inside including the rooms needs serious remodeling. The hallways, elevator, bathroom in our room and the general room had significant aging signs. »
