'This is my favorite hotel to stay when I visit Grand Rapids. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable.'

'Was a little hesitant because it was so cheap! But it was great! Rooms are clean and the whole hotel is clean. Easy access to many restaurants and highway. Mini golf course right across the street and a Casey’s gas station that you can walk to. I have only one complain. Not even a complaint just a suggestion It’d be nice to have a full body mirror. That’s all. If our band is iGrand Rapids again next year we are staying here again for sure!'

'Great property. Very responsive. I do suggest that there should be more seats available outside. There were only 2 chairs and a little wobbly table. Best part was meeting Tina the beautiful silver lab that lives on the other side of the ditch between properties.'

'This hotel did the trick but wasn't the greatest. You could not take any of the breakfast to your room without a charge. The breakfast choices were limited and not very good quality. The staff seemed less than interested in helping, though they did help. The tiles of the pool deck are extremely slick when wet! Overall, it provided a place for us to sleep for the night, but I would not return. Nothing was horrible, but nothing stood out as good.'

Location is great, the patio is great, the continental breakfast is great as far as those types of breakfasts go. The room size is great. Having a kitchen is key for us. 'There were nats all over in the room. The shower door did not close well and water was all over the floor. The ac unit was dirty. There were no accessible plugs near the desk. The front desk was in disarray with open boxes and I had to wait for someone to check me in. Could not use the name and room number for WiFi and had to call for a special code to access. Will not stay again'

'We were very pleased with our stay. The beds were comfy, our room and the hotel were clean, coffee was available 24hrs fresh, and breakfast was just fine. It wasn’t a huge breakfast by any means but they had everything you would expect from a continental breakfast. The only thing that I could say opposite bc our great stay was that the pool was cold and there were band aids (multiple) at the bottom of the pool for days so we didn’t use the pool area.
