'Our stay was very enjoyable. The hotel is six years old but looked brand new. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It took about 5-minutes to realize that the parking garage is actually a public garage next door however it looks brand new as well. My only complaint is that the coffee maker in the room makes a poor very small cup of coffee. Sadly, it a machine that you see a big celebrity being their spokesperson for. 'This was a nice hotel to stay at in a great location to downtown. It’s very close to everything. The staff was great. My only complaint was the housekeeping staff. They originally skipped cleaning our room, so I called to have it freshened up while we were going to be gone. We came back only to find one bed was made, none of the garbage was taken out, and the only thing they really did was bring fresh towels. They could do a much better job. Other than housekeeping, we had a great stay.'

'The property is very unique with 5 beautiful “hotel rooms” and a gorgeous common area downstairs for meetings or gatherings. It suited our needs perfectly.'

'It wasn’t horrible, but it was far from great. The rooms were unkept. Surfaces not wiped completely, some weird liquid stain on the wall by the bed & floors that were definitely not mopped, maybe(??) swept… The restaurant being closed was pretty disappointing, especially since breakfast is supposed to be included in the stay, if I’m not mistaken. A heads up during booking would have been greatly appreciated. Either way, a little less focus on the “already gorgeous” (as stated by an employee)...

'The staff was great, we came in from out town for a wedding and were able to get in our room early to rest before the busy evening ahead of us. The breakfast buffet was great, fully stocked and lots of a variety of items. Our room was clean and bed was super comfortable. '

'During our stay, we had marijuana pumping through the vent into our room. This was super disturbing and really strong. I went to the front desk and they were spraying febreeze in the air on their floor to neutralize the smell. It was so bad on our floor. They gave me febreeze to spray in our room and said I’m over it. Take it! It continued to smell in our hallway the following day. Nothing was done to compensate for this horrible experience!'
