'We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It is newer, great breakfast/brunch, rooms are very nice and in close proximity to everything in the downtown area, including Van Andel Arena where we frequent concerts.'

'I paid over $350.00/nite and had to pay $25/nite for parking, given a drink voucher for 2 drinks/nite, food was terrible. Not even as close to other Embassy Suites I have stayed at. I would not recommend this property at all'

'We booked this hotel for the evening as we had a concert at Acrisure. The room was well appointed and clean. The location was perfect to walk to dinner and then to the concert. We had drinks and an appetizer in the hotel lobby prior to dinner and a late night drink in the Lumber Baron bar when we returned from the show. Both experiences were lovely. Had a quick lunch at The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck before heading home. We live locally, but have not stayed here since our wedding night 26 years...

'Parking isn’t hard but not fabulous if you have a lot of luggage. Location was good but room was very basic & small. Fine for an overnight but extended stay would be cramped. '

'The room was very comfortable and spacious! Also, the front desk staff were super helpful with my check in as I had Marriott gift cards and were experiencing issues processing them at first. They were so patient and in the end we all got it figured out. They deserve major props!'
