All ending in finding out long stay guests rooms get cleaned last (about 5pm, if they have time) and i needed to tell them when and what i wanted, which is what i was doing but they couldnt do so. 'Everything was beautiful high end new and just a lovely place to stay. The only concern was the roof top bar when chairs moved across the floor you could hear it in the room. However the high end bed, pillows, and linens along with a quiet a/c made falling asleep so much easier than many places we’ve stayed before. Thank you!'
