'This is an amazing property in every aspect. The cabin is adorable and very well appointed. The location is excellent for hiking, Red Rocks, or just general exploring. What makes this property stand out even more are the hosts. Quick responses, accommodating, they loaned us seats for Red Rocks and even messaged us at one point to let us know there was an elk grazing in the yard. We will be back!'

'Tonia was the most amazing host of the most amazing place. Fun and funky, great light, great location! The walkability of the neighborhood was awesome. Our pup enjoyed the big yard and we enjoyed breathing in respite with all the beauty both inside and outside this wonderfully unique place. We’ll be back!!!'

She was an A-plus host—quick to respond and proactive about making sure the quirky details felt like pleasant surprises instead of gotchas. We had total privacy the whole time, and while we never quite made it into the hot tub, it looked perfectly inviting for next time. 'This is a great property if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the back porch and took walks in the national forest behind the house. It was close enough to Nederland to go for lunch and dinner and within a short drive to a number of great hiking spots. The previously mentioned hot water issue was taken care of and we had immediate and constant hot water as needed. '
