Light & airy carriage house walking distance to old town Lafayette. Only 20 min to Boulder and 35 min to Denver. Enjoy the beautiful outdoors, ride bikes, climb and explore Colorado while making this safe little place your home base. Once a mechanics garage, this has been renovated to a carriage house for you to enjoy! Make yourself at home when you arrive! Our property manager is right next door if you need any assistance!

Everything was amazing! The communication was so quick and helpful! Our guests for our wedding felt so comfortable and it was a great space to go back to. It was awesome to have a little kitchen and space so they didn’t have to eat out all the time. We can’t recommend this place enough. The space is so cute!

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, bis auf die fehlende Grillzange. Das Bad könnte allerdings ein Update gebrauchen. Ansonsten stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Comfortable spot in great location

This neighborhood is fantastic, and this rental is very comfortable and clean, with very comfy beds. We stayed for a week to hike and sight-see. The property is walking distance to restaurants and shops, a short drive to Boulder, half hour drive to Denver, and less than a 2 hour drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. The only down side was that we were there during a week of 90 degree weather, and the portable A/C unit was not powerful enough to cool the whole space.

The home was well appointed and had one of the best equipped kitchens we’ve stayed in - extra points for the blender! Comfy beds and plenty of towels.A nice walk for a good cup of coffee every morning.

Converted garage in Lafayette

The online description was very accurate - as a note there were not as many plants as was shown in the photos, which we liked. Lots of street parking available. Everything was very clean and comfy. A great place to stay for a couple but for 4 adults it would be a little cramped. Overall the place does need some updating as the flooring/carpet is worn in spots. There is no microwave. There are air conditioning units that work very well, but they were not turned on when we arrived on a hot summer day. It seemed to be a safe neighborhood with many people walking with their dogs. It was a little further from our daughter's house than we thought but would consider renting again.

Great little hideaway and prefect ride our weekend stay. Kitchen, den and bedrooms were a perfectly usable. Maybe could a little light but perfect for a weekend. Not totally ideal for super hot weather. Exactly as described and comfy clean option I’d visit again! Great value.

2 bedroom house for price of a hotel room

It is what the listing says -- a 100 year old carriage house (garage) converted into a 2 bedroom house. It has plenty of space for 3 or 4 adults to spread out, with 2 bedrooms, a living room and a full kitchen. But be prepared for a few quirks -- like kitchen sink with hot/cold water reversed. It was homey and comfortable. The neighborhood is residential, quiet, and very walkable. A few blocks away are trendy local restaurants Boulder was an easy drive for us every day. When we return to Colorado we would definitely like to stay there again.

Beautiful and cozy

This was such a relaxing and quiet place to return to after a busy day with relatives for Christmas. The beds were comfy and the space was warm and quiet. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful appointments throughout, like the stained glass and the gorgeous pottery coffee mugs. Delightful space!

What amazing place.to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Wonderful atmosphere and close to downtown so its an easy walk or ride to get some great food. The property manager Tracie was awesome too, when I couldn't figure out how to add a night she did it for me. Thank you

Great location

We live nearby but needed a central place for family to coordinate for a baby shower event. Great location in Lafayette, very walkable, it's a fun town. Check in was easy, host very flexible and let us arrive early. Very comfortable beds, basic kitchen things provided. Recommended a couple of safety updates needed to host. Would stay again.

Comfy and cute!

This is a nice bungalow with interesting plants, comfy beds and it’s very environmentally friendly! They provide coffee, teas and some staples and there are many tv options. The only drawbacks were that it smelled a little like cigarette smoke and the radiators made clicking noises so if you are a light sleeper, it may wake you. I definitely recommend the space for anyone staying there! It’s also a great location in walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops downtown. The host was very communicative ahead of time with recommendations for us!
