Do you enjoy spaces that are warm and welcoming in nature? If so, you are going to enjoy this cozy home! This home is centrally located to many great Dayton attractions that you`ll never want to leave. At 800 square feet, it is small, but it will feel large due to the simplistic and free flowing layout.

Once you enter, you`ll be welcomed into the living room. Feel free to hang your coat and take off your shoes. I know it`s been an exhausting day of travel, so feel free to prop your feet up and turn on Netflix.

In the master bedroom, you will find a luxurious KING size bed. It can sleep 1. It can sleep 2. Shoot, why not try for 3! Inside the very large closet (aren`t those door awesome?!) you can hang all of your clothes.

On the other end of the house, you will find the kitchen that is fully stocked with pots and pans in order to create that dish you`ve been wanting to try! If your dish isn`t as good as you hoped (it will be delicious), you are near many great restaurants on Brown Street.

Throughout the house, you will find all the amenities you might need - big and small. Let me know if you don`t see what you need!

You might be asking `there are 4 of us and we aren`t going to try to sleep 4 in the king bed. Where should we all sleep?` Good question, I`m glad you asked. All the mattresses are like clouds in that they are all memory foam mattresses. Yes, that includes the navy pull-out couch. Memory foam (mic drop).

In all seriousness, please enjoy your stay here! It is truly a beautiful space that you`ll never want to leave.

Oh yes, there is a fire pit in the backyard! Your are more than welcome to head out back and light a fire for yourself. However, you are required to have at least 1 s`more!

You will have access to the entire home. There is free parking on the street. You will enter from the side of the house through a smart lock.

Once inside, you have access to the entire house, excluding the basement.

There are a few security cameras outside the house (front door, in the back of the backyard and near the shed facing the alleyway). All of these camera are to ensure a secure premises throughout the entire property.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. We have security cameras on-site (front door and back yard) and are able to see if people outside your group comes to the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.

This is a NO shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry. There is a $10 fee per carpet/rug stain left in the home. Please understand this takes A LOT of extra time to clean.

**Important** Please make sure you read and comply with these rules:
NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE AT ALL
NO Pets of any kind, no exceptions
NO Excessive guests
NO Mailing Packages to the home.
NO PARTYING of any kind inside or on the property. Please respect the community. Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10PM! There is a noise level city ordinance we do not want complaints! Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit retained. We must respect the peace of the community! Thank you.

PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING. Held against security deposit and claim will be filed with Airbnb.
**Stolen towels: $10 per towel, no matter the size.
** Smoking in the home: $150
**Lost Keys: $50 to rekey
**Late Checkout Past 10am without our consent. $75
**Excessive Guests than reservation. $50 per guest.
**Excessive Cleaning if place is left filthy with trash everywhere. $150
