'The way to the onsen is instructed clearly from the room to onsen. However, the way back to the room is rarely directed. As the hotel has thousand of rooms, it is easily to get lost when you want to go back your room. Other than that, everything is perfect and the most surprising part is the welcoming drinks. You must be very thirsty after the spa and you could be comforted by the drinks. Thank you for the hospitality.'

'This hotel is in an ideal location if you wish to visit sights such as Teamlab Planets, Disneyland or the Gundam Statue. It is probably not the best place to stay if you want to explore the rest of Tokyo. We stayed with the intention of doing the above, so this hotel was perfect for us.
