Hôtel près de Cuba Island (Hayes)

« I have stayed here before without issue, however I will never be able to stay again. The entire third floor where we were staying reeked of smoke when we arrived and it continued for our entire stay. Upon notifying the front desk, their solution was to come spray a citrus smelling something in the hallway which then mixed with the smoke and smelled awful. It was so bad, that it was seeping into our room all night. There are signs and fliers everywhere touting the property as being 100% smoke...

« The Inn at Warner Hall is a fantastically restored piece of history. The inn is in great condition and beautifully done. The property grounds look great and includes a 1-mile walking path with river views. The friendly staff and great breakfast only add to a wonderful stay. »

« The hotel could use a few updates here and there but overall, spacious room, sufficiently appointed, and friendly staff. Really good value for the price. I didn’t have any pots and pans in the room since there’s a kitchen. Would be good if those were stocked. »

« Jim, the staff member who checked us in was extremely kind and competent. We had some issues with our reservations because of some problems with Expedia and he fixed it right away. Great guy. »

« Very clean hotel no issues while there. Very safe I like that no one could enter the area where the rooms were without a key. I felt very safe in the building and in a good area »
