« I rarely would give a five star review, this property was so beautiful, beautiful welcoming, and extremely clean. My husband and I enjoyed breakfast every day with a beautiful view of the water & the staff were so friendly and accommodating for all of our needs. A+ for the luxurious towels and amenities. I hope our travels bring us back. »

« The place has a bad infestation of roaches. I had the front desk move me twice and it got worse with each room. The last room had bugs so bad that we couldn’t turn the lights out to sleep. My boyfriend managed to fall asleep but I was up the whole night killing bugs on the ceiling over the bed , next to the bed and every where else in between. « Great place and staff »

« 5 star for cleanliness. 0 star for totally thin walls that you can hear the baby crying next door at 2:00 am. You can walk down the hall and clearly hear peoples conversations as you walk past their room. 2 star free breakfast. Never going back, no hotel should be built with that type of insulation. »

« I had a very good experience. Here we ran into one problem where the toilet in our room some kind of way went out, and they immediately fixed it and put us in a different room no hassle whatsoever very friendly staff in the property was well kept we enjoyed all of the amenities the pool, & breakfast. »

« Hot tub didn’t work but I loved the stay »

« Room wasn’t clean even in the slightest. Nothing had been mopped or wiped down. The toilet and bathtub was still dirty and even had hair in it. The fire alarm was ripped off the wall at some point in time and the fridge was beyond disgusting. There was raw, rotting, chicken drums left in it for god knows how long and was leaking juices inside and outside of the fridge and stunk. It was so bad we had to leave the hotel and find a new place to stay at. Even the hallways smelt like dirty diapers....

« For the price it was adequate. The room was clean, but shop worn. The amenities were a TV, a microwave, a hair dryer, and a small refrigerator. We only used the refrigerator, and it worked fine. The king size bed was not as firm as we like, but we both slept fine. The receptionist I would not characterize as a people person and English was a bit of a challenge for her. If you're looking for economic lodging for the night I'd recommend it. If you're looking for the grand hotel experience,...
