'I have stayed here before without issue, however I will never be able to stay again. The entire third floor where we were staying reeked of smoke when we arrived and it continued for our entire stay. Upon notifying the front desk, their solution was to come spray a citrus smelling something in the hallway which then mixed with the smoke and smelled awful. It was so bad, that it was seeping into our room all night. There are signs and fliers everywhere touting the property as being 100% smoke...

' Magnificent plantation style mansion with beautiful surroundings and staffed by very friendly people! Thank you Warner Hall!'

'Upon arriving we were greeted so graciously by the two girls from Pennsylvania I have misplaced their names in my head everything was a bit available the chocolates the lovely cookies the coffee the wine bar the room was beautiful the beds were lovely we had a stellar time and will definitely be back thanks again Hornsby house and we sure did enjoy ourselves'

'Voordeel van dit hotel is dat het erg dichtbij pretpark Busch Gardens Williamsburg ligt. De kamer was ruim en de bedden lagen prima. Echter zat er wel een grote gele vlek in het beddengoed en een oude bloedvlek. Medewerkers waren ook niet allemaal even vriendelijk.'

'Prettige verrassing . Had best langer willen verblijven indien het nodig was. Net hotel, rustig'

'Hotel is pet friendly because we were traveling with two small dogs. Hence we were put on the “pet friendly” floor. Our floor smelled so horrible. Not from animal or dog smell but from awful food smell. Besides the horrible smelling 3rd floor, everything else was good, especially the front desk staff'

'Beds and bathroom were clean. However the laminated floor needs to be mopped.'

'Checked in to first room , toilet didn’t work and shower was damaged. Was given keys to another room and the bed sheets had hair all over , stained pillows and a VERY bad roach problem.'
