'9 times out of 10 you will not get the room that’s advertised on their site the room i received we not in good condition at all. An odor as soon as you walked into the room. Closet door that had tape on them and hardly opened and closed. Ceiling peeling off and appearing to be rotting. Leaky toilet. And pieces falling apart on the lower wall area. Very Disappointing say and only offered 20% off our next stay….YEA RIGHT absolutely never coming back this places needs SERIOUS renovations the stay...

10/10 Voortreffelijk
Excellent hotel: beautiful and clean room, perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff, and very inclusive breakfast. The rooftop bar is an absolute topper: nice views, relaxed atmosphere and tasteful food. Without any doubt, next time I need to go to Chicago I will stay again in the RIU plaza.
