« Sandy was a responsive host who tried to help us when issues arose with the plumbing during our stay. The toilet wasn’t working properly and the place needed little functional fixes/updates here and there. Also, the main a/c unit vents were very dirty. Street parking in front most of the time was a plus. It was also quiet and close to a nice downtown area. It was a nice size 2-day stay for 2 adults and 1 child. A few tweaks and it would be a great stay! »

« Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful home, we really enjoyed the house! House had everything we needed and it was clean! Loved the extra bonus of having beach accessories ready for us to use! do think some beach chairs need cleaning or replacement, not big of a deal for us as we welcomed having them, it was a bonus! The walk to the beach was really nice and glad we can go anytime without it being crowded. Overall enjoyed the home and we do look forward to coming back next year! »

« Beach was not pet friendly and not many options of open restaurants. We had to drive to Point Pleasant to allow our dog beach access.The host never replied to us confirming our dog was allowed when our itinerary stated 2 adults only, 0 pets. We received 2 return messages the day we arrived when we asked before we left for our trip. Is the host AI generated or a real? Person?The property was immaculate and well stocked!
