'Fun place to stay and close to downtown food and fun.'

'The property is off site and you MUST read all information or check in will be very challenging. Staff member I spoke with was great - but this is an off site property and I wasn’t aware (my fault). In a neighborhood that looks a little sketchy…..'

'The inside of the apartment was clean. The bed was amazing and hot water was adequate. The price I paid was fair for the room. The only issues were that the living room is massive with only 2 uncomfortable manual recliners in the middle of the room for seating. A love seat would be ideal. And on the 2nd or 3rd day the television stopped working out of the blue. I tried to turn it on and the screen just remained black. I called Frank at the number I used to speak to him for billing and I left a...

'The place was isolated and peaceful. It was clean and a beautiful place to stay. I would definitely stay there again. Looking forward to coming back. I only had 1 complaint. The Manatee room that we stayed in smelt like dirty socks. I don't think that is that such of a bad thing. That is definitely something that can be fixed. Like I said, I am looking forward to coming back. Thank for a great time.'

'Cute place in a great location! Accurate listing, clean, and easy place to relax.'

'Great experience overall. I couldn’t be happier.'

'Great location for walking to beach and local restaurants. Prefect size for my family of four.'

'Walking distance to all the museums, the St Pete Pier, and great rrstaurants. As a finished garage soace, it was very tight, but we were able to make it work. Great location.'

'The host was very helpful and prompt with their response'

'Communication was quick and friendly. They addressed my questions timely. When we arrived, the guest house was clean, comfortable, and very nice. We were very impressed and would definitely stay there again when in the area.'

'OMG! How impressive was our experience there for a last second planning to get away!! Thank you so much for the opportunity to see more of Largo and IRB. From the sheer size and plentitude of accomodations of "The Sweet", to the hospitality given through the week. We cannot wait to come back, and perhaps check out the other options with "The Cottage", "The Estate, or The Big House"!!'

'My son loved fishing off the dock.I loved that it was a quiet little place to relax, The place was clean & had everything I needed for a weekend stay'

'I’ve stayed here twice and I just love it!'

'Pros..Bed and pillows were super comfortable! Nice amentities like tiki bar, outside pool, and arcade center. Good facility, with boat docking and a restraunt. Cons... shower and sink in the room had a very hard time draining. I did not say anything because i checked in super late and when i checked out at 4am there was no one at the front desk to tell. Towels were in a drawer by the sink that i had no clue about. They had very small towes hanging up by the shower so i thought that was all they...
