'I booked a room for one night the same day. I found a great deal on Hotels.com. Check-in was easy, the front desk was so kind, and the room was ready early. The room itself was spacious, very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. After a week of traveling in other budget hotels, I appreciated the good sleep. 'The property was very nice and the staff that we met were very polite and friendly. We enjoyed our daily breakfast made to order but a small suggestion it would have been great to have had different option of sausage, bacon, ham each day with my omelet but overall, it was a nice addition to the start of our day. 'This was my 2nd stay at Briarwood Inn and I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Carmel.There were 4 of us in the penthouse for a girls trip. We loved having 2 rooms with big beds as well as 2 bathrooms! Having the living room to hang out in was perfect. We loved having an assigned parking space, so you always know you have a spot. The location is absolutely perfect! So quiet, and walking distance to everything. Cannot recommend Briarwood Inn enough. '
