« Roland's ADU Guest Cottage is a solid 10 out of 10! We were having work done on our home nearby and had to be out for 3 nights. We were thrilled to find this gem so close by!Everything is virtually brand new and 1st class. Great view from the patio and Jacuzzi, well-equipped kitchen with all the accessories you'll need and 2 spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds with lovely linens. « Our family had a great stay here. They was plenty of space and the beds were great. We loved coming “home” from montecito and Santa Barbara. Would highly recommend the space and would love to stay here again. Though I generally prefer a walkable location the loveliness of this accommodation made up for that detail. »
