Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Great location

We loved the location. The management was awesome getting toilets fixed quickly and extra linens. We did make them aware that we saw and killed several large bugs we believed were cockroaches. They assured us they were water bugs. As we did more research on our own, we were sure they were what we had first believed. Hopefully they will have the house exterminated so the issue will be fixed.

The house was nicely located to beach access and all of the local amenities, while being very private and quiet. The garbage cans were taken down to the road, nice touch!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Upon check-in it was noticed that the master bath toilet was broken. We let management know immediately and did not have any feedback. No hot water upstairs or available in kitchen. Slightly dirty showers.

Good Trip!

This was our first trip to OBX and we had a great time. House location is easy access to the beach ( short walk) and the house size and layout worked well for our group of 8. Pictures and descriptions online are very accurate. We were a bit disappointed that the house was not “cleaner and fresher” inside……it felt like it had gone a season too long without a fresh coat of paint and a deep cleaning. It also seemed strange to us that it had wall to wall carpet throughout ( except kitchen) when you are coming and going with wet or sandy feet. I was originally worried about only one fridge ( food and drink for 8) but it is huge fridge ( appears to be fairly new) and it worked great. We prepared all of our meals in the kitchen all week and it worked fine…..there is an assortment of dishes and pans ( mix and match) and utensils. The quality of the mattresses on the 4 bunk beds was not the same as the rest of the rooms. The bunk beds were more like college dorms. Best suited for small kids. Make sure you note that you need to bring your own TP, paper towels , hand soap, dish soap, scratcher pad/sponge etc. There is NOTHING in the kitchen or bathrooms. They provide towels and that is all.
