« Overall the place was nice and quiet and right on the beach. We did run into a few difficulties with the owner of the place as well as some of the appliances not working and the strictness of the house. The privacy from owner to renter was a bit different than other rental properties we have stayed at. The place itself was lovely and very convenient for the area. The bikes were a great addition and it made it easy to get to places without having to pull the car out. »

« Two blocks from the beach. Great house with great space inside and out. The property Manager was very responsive. Great area close to the beach, restaurants, the Balboa Pier and Lido Village. We bought our dogs and there was plenty of space with an enclosed front patio and enclosed backyard. And there’s a supermarket one block away. We would definitely stay here again. »
