'We stayed at this property hoping for a lovely week. The property was tidy however the only tiny bathroom was not acceptable with black mold in the shower area and gross mold and residue around the drain. We had to clean the sink for an hour to get it acceptable to brush our teeth. The homeowner told us to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink!!!! The bedroom furniture was garage sale quality, the mattress was fine. Kitchen nice but needed cleaning drawers. Cleaning crew left open condiments in...

'Pros: I very much enjoyed the location. It is walkable to just about everything you could possibly want to do in the area, including but not limited to: a nice beach with volleyball nets, many shops, MANY fine art galleries, food spots, dessert spots, walking trails, and more. The location feels generally very safe and although the parking was a bit tough to locate, no issues at all once I knew where to pull in.
