« This was such a cute home close to everything , lots of beach equipment provided which was nice. It is comfortable for a small family and it was great to have designated parking ! It was well appointed and very clean. I would say maybe add a pizza cutter, fly swatter and a dust pan. Great stay overall. »

« We always enjoy our week at Chase’s cottage. We celebrated Mother’s Day, had beautiful weather and were lucky enough to add a couple of extra days to our vacation. We looked forward to having coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night out on the new deck furniture. Until next time!! »

« This was a super cute house that was perfect for our family's short visit. It was clean, and the pictures of the property were very accurate - definitely a cottage! Location was walkable to shops and the ferry. There was a thoughtful welcome note and amenity, which was a nice touch! There was a lot of construction on the island, so it was noisy... not the owner's fault. Bring a sound machine, because it's a busy island! »

« Me and my family love this beach cottage! We had rented it back in 2018 and had a great time so we returned this year and will return again in the future. The cottage is right on the sand, 2 blocks down from the boardwalk, so you can easily walk or ride a bike to get to the pier or any of the many shops and restaurants. The only issues we had were: 1. « We arrived with instructions to retrieve the front door key from a lock box. We opened the lock box only to find it was empty. We called our host numerous times, emailed and texted. We never got a response. We tried to contact hotels.com with no success. We finally were able to speak to someone at The Evolve Team, which is the company that manages this vacation rental. After numerous calls back and forth they agreed to cancel our booking and begin the process for refunding our money in full. I...

« Came out to Huntington Beach to spend time with a friend who is local. The cottage is in a great location and close to everything on the Balboa Peninsula. Very comfortable and really enjoyed my time around Huntington, Laguna, and San Juan! »

« This house was perfect for our summer getaway. It had everything we needed and was walking distance to the pier, shopping, and restaurants. Drew had great communication to make sure we were settled and comfortable. The house was clean and the rooftop patio was great for dining and enjoying our evenings. »

« Location was great and place was clean and well appointed. Having 2 parking spots was really convenient. I live in Orange County and rarely go to the beach so it was nice to spend a little time in the sun and sand! Especially with the bathroom and parking close by. »

"Fantastic location, beach right accros the PCH, super safe 24/7. Rooms are large and most of them are quiet, owner lends bodyboards and beach gear. 😁 Equipment could more recent but condition is ok. Overall always an excellent stay. "
